Disclaimer, these blog posts, posting today are from many months ago taken from our telegram channel where I post more frequently. This is why you are seeing post move so quickly in these blogs. The process has been going on since January. This one came from our post in March.
Birthright update! Post production always takes the longest as there’s lots of moving parts! Here’s where we are at: The opening sequence is with the sfx house being worked on (finally). Narration for episode two is being scripted (lots of changes and rewrites) and all the interviews have been cut in. Multiple people working on various aspects. Meanwhile, I’m grabbing photos/footage, with the help of our research team) in order to cover the interviews and illustrate what’s being said. I’m also currently getting quotes for audio sweetening/mixing and these quotes are high! 🫣 I will need to negotiate them down so Pray for favor! Best news…and again to God’s glory, I happened to make a connection with a big music composer whose work has been heard on many notable and popular blockbusters! Craziest thing is the way in which I connected with him! Who’s interested in knowing…through my life insurance agent! The composer and myself are both customers of his and when my agent asked what I did, I told him and mentioned a current two part, feature documentary I was working on. So he told me about this composer client and that he’d make the connection. What’s really cool, is that I was unsure if this composer would be up for working on a film that spoke on the subjects we are covering. Most people in Hollywood tend to run in the opposite direction. Not only was he ecstatic about the topics, he actually did music for Matt Walsh’s “What is a Woman” and had composed and built an entire library on patriotic themed music for projects just like this. He also worked on a film that focused on a Supreme Court case and property rights. He couldn’t be more perfect to compose a section of music
for this film! God is still very much in this as He continues to guide our steps each way in the making of this film. I do appreciate your Continued prayers so that I can negotiate a good rate with him as well. 🙏🙏🙏
